About Me
Having worked my way through the management ranks at CBS Corporation, I understand the developmental challenges managers face. At CBS, I was skilled at working with all levels of managers, as I’m adept at being able to communicate and work with a variety of different personalities. In addition, I know how to read the room and shift gears to take the conversations where they need to go based on their questions and body language. A specialty of mine is setting new managers up for success by empowering them to be more intentional in the ways they interact and engage with the members of their team. Transitioning into management requires developing a different skill set as the new manager needs to get results through others rather than doing it themselves. Being a member of the LGBTQ+ community inspires the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs I deliver. I help managers and employees alike understand the impacts unconscious bias can have on decision making, performance, and innovation. By discussing how to be an ally and addressing microaggressions, participants discover new ways to create a culture of belonging. Whether in person or virtually, I deliver creative, high-energy training sessions that engage participants quickly and deliver measurable results. Having facilitated sessions from small groups up to 200 people, I strive to create safe spaces where people can connect, learn, share ideas, and have fun.
